Service was enjoyable. Staff was well accommodating. Rooms were as expected. Completely clean, and beds were very comfortable. Very cheap hotel - highly recommend for a quick night off the highway.

The two gentlemen at the front desk were extremely kind and friendly! My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was completely accommodating that I had a dog as well. Some reviewers seemed to have neglected to notice that this location is not a resort. You receive more than enough value from the fair rate you're charged per night. I'm at a loss what more you could ask for. The location is great, the room doors are inside behind locked doors that require key entry, rooms are clean, the surroundings are safe, and the staff are fantastic.

Great place if you need a cheap, quick, convenient place to stay. The rooms are decently sized equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, TV and safe. The cleanliness was subpar at best and condition of the bathroom was less then desirable. Free breakfast was a plus but however housekeeping banging on the door before checkout time was unsettling. Overall for $50 a night it was suitable for a short term stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Conveniently located. Room was easily accessible and we were able to park in front of our door. I was traveling with a friend who is disabled. The front desk clerk ensured that we had a room on the first floor. Our room was right by the entrance door. Only issue was with the TV in our room. We could only get Nick,Jr. Lol. But it was late 3 a.m. and we fell asleep quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here. Room was affordable. $68 for a double occupancy. A McDonald's is right next door which I would also recommend.

I award this hotel a five-star rating; all aspects, from accommodations to staff, are exceptional. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the rates are the most competitive in Morgantown. The friendly atmosphere and consistently welcoming staff create a positive experience. No comparable hotel in Morgantown offers superior value and cleanliness for the price. I stay here every week while traveling for work.

Good service, very helpful staff.. location is good too. One of their rooms didn't have their heater working so they changed our rooms. Overall a great place to stay in Morgantown both in terms of accessibility to the town and affordable options.

This place is such a rip off. I am a person who will bare responsibility for charges that seem appropriate and justifiable. Not here. They will find any and every excuse to add a charge no matter what. Along with the fact I was assured that my $50 (deposit) which was added since I extended visit but after 8 days of check out still have not received. Also, just found an additional 100.00 charge to one of my credit cards for who know what after 8 days of check out. So I will say beware.
